36 My husband woke up this morning and got the kids ready. He even brought me coffee in bed. An excellent start to the week.

01 All three kids are on their way to or already at school. I am alone in my house for the first time in weeks. First priority: roll out my mat and move.

30 Meetings for 3.5 hours straight. Manage to make breakfast and coffee along the way.

14 End call early to walk to my youngest son’s daycare. A teacher tested positive for Corona and I need to do an antigen test for him. I end up testing a few other kids whose mothers don’t make it there as fast as I do. All negatives.

37 Phone call with a Nevo fellow about a project they are working on while kneading bread dough. Basic multitasking.

01 Half an hour early to my father’s cardiologist appointment. My father is minorly neurotic, but in a sweet way. We finished the appointment before it was even scheduled to begin.

32 Home. Coffee and Wordle. New obsession.

12 Minestrone simmering on the stove. Bread in the oven.

06 All three kids home, dinner on the table. LinkedIn post posted.

41 A few minutes to write in silence before beginning the evening Nevo session.

43 Grateful for the half hour of movement this morning. For the chance to see the sun before the rain on my walk to the gan. For all of the vegetables that made their way to my plate today. And for the cookies. At the end of a day like today, I am grateful for the ability to multitask, to be present in the same moments for my family, my work and myself. Some days it feels overwhelming and other days it feels like one of those days.
